Directions to Federal Reserve BankSpecial information for RoadshowBrooks Wilson and Shawn Gorrell of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank have graciously offered us their conference center for this event. Please note, however, that security is very tight at the FRB location. Please be sure to read the information about the location, and note that YOUR RSVP IS REQUIRED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE EVENT. Walk-ins cannot be permitted. Also, those parking at the facility must provide their car make and tag number in their RSVP (in advance of arrival).LocationFederal Reserve Bank - Atlanta The FRB Atlanta (http://www.frbatlanta.org/) offers a state of the art conference center which we will be using for this event. The bank is located at the above address, and offers detailed directional information. (The FRB is also home to the http://www.frbatlanta.org/atlantafed/tours_museum/tour/tour_request.cfm?office=1, which offers self-guided tours from 9am-4pm.) SecurityThe Bank is a very secure facility. No weapons of any kind can be brought into the bank. Each person will be required to pass through the metal detectors and have their bags scanned. Please allocate extra time in your arrival to accomodate this process. ParkingParking will be provided for all attendees that RSVP with at least 24 hours notice. The garage entrance is on the southeast corner of Peachtree Walk and 11th Street. It is a very secure facility and will require the participants car make and tag number in advance (with their RSVP, at least 24 hours in advance) in order to park in the building. No weapons of any kind can be brought into the bank or the bank parking lot. All cars are subject to search. You may also use one of several public parking garages near the Bank. The cost is $5 to $10 per day. MartaThe FRB facility is directly across the street from the Midtown Station. Take the stairs or escalator to street level. Exit the station via the 10th Street access. Turn right onto 10th Street toward Peachtree Street. Turn left on Peachtree Street toward the Bank’s front public entrance. The Bank is across from the Margaret Mitchell House at the intersection of 10th and Peachtree Streets.
